With over 16 years of experience, Chef Maksym is a seasoned culinary artist who has honed his skills in some of the world's most distinguished kitchens, including the two Michelin-star Ikarus Hangar-7 in Austria and the globally acclaimed Noma 2.0 in Denmark. A notable milestone in his career was the creation of the 'Nua Irish' concept at Cure Singapore, which played a pivotal role in the restaurant securing a Michelin star.
