Our open air bar features an indulgent tapas-style menu. Inspired by traditional Asian flavours, this unique selection of playful dishes is designed to be enjoyed as a group. Features of the menu include our signature Hokkaido Scallop & Oyster Ceviche, Grilled Wagyu Beef Bao and Marinated Big Eye Tuna. The refreshing use of local ingredients with contemporary techniques makes for a stimulating rooftop dining experience.
