An indulgent tapas menu, available across the Club Lounge, is inspired by traditional Asian flavours. This unique rooftop bar menu offers a selection of playful dishes that are designed to be enjoyed as a group. Features of the menu include our signature Hokkaido Scallop & Oyster Ceviche, Grilled Wagyu Beef Bao Burger and Marinated Big Eye Tuna. The refreshing use of local ingredients with contemporary techniques makes for a stimulating dining experience atop Marina Bay Sands.
