Over 16 years, Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov has made a mark in Michelin restaurants across the world, such as Austria’s Ikarus Hangar-7 and Denmark’s and the world's best, Noma 2.0. His craft is a result of artfully balancing familiar flavours with his own delightful experiments, a trait which further flourished with his work behind Cure Singapore's one-Michelin star success story.
