DJEFF, born in Lisbon, embraces his Angolan and Cape Verdean heritage, fusing modern African-rooted sounds with electronic and house music. He began his journey by observing DJs at Bauhaus club in 1999, sparking his passion. After graduating in Design & Graphic Designs, he moved to Angola, where he founded Kazukuta Records, Angola's first electronic-focused label.

DJEFF released his debut album "Malembe Malembe" in 2011, followed by "Soldier Assention" (2013), "Gratitude" (2017), and "Enlightened Path" (2020) featuring remixes by acclaimed artists. His tracks, like "ZUGU ZUGU" with Zakes Bantwini, have gained popularity, and he has performed worldwide at renowned events and venues. DJEFF's promising future suggests that his best is yet to come.
