Feast on the freshest seafood with our twist on the Asian classic Hokkaido Scallop drizzled with Yuzu Kosho and topped off with Green Apples.
Complement umami flavours of the sea with the aromatic bouquet of the Telmont Reserve Brut NV which reveals notes of honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla offering plum with slightly spicy notes before fading into tropical fruit notes.
Meat Lovers Rejoice
Fret not if seafood isn’t your glass of wine, for meat lovers will be able to indulge in specially grass-fed Stanbroke Black Angus Striplion drizzled with Port Wine Jus.
