Specially prepared by Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov as an appreciation to all dads around the world, this Beef Wellington, only available on 17th & 18th June, features specially grass-fed Stony River Black Angus Tenderloin from New Zealand, encased in a layer of mushroom duxelle and crepe, keeping the tenderloin juicy while bringing out the best of its flavours.
Complemented with Yuzu Port Wine Jus and our signature Miso Mash Potato, the Beef Wellington will be a perfect treat for your dad this Father’s Day.
