Meet CÉ LA VI’s Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov

Our Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov is a culinary mastermind who has honed his skills in some of the finest kitchens around the world. Chef Maksym brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in the culinary industry and has worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and Asia. He is passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients and believes that every dish should be a work of art.
